Supply Pick Up and Book Return

Next week we have two times for families to pick up any of the items that your student may have left in the classroom, and return class and library books. See the map for pick up and specific instructions to help with traffic congestion. It would be helpful if all families did not choose to come right at the beginning of the pick up times. We are asking that families remain in their vehicles and we will bring items to you. Staff will be wearing masks and gloves and will be honoring the social distancing guidelines.

The pick up days will be:
Wednesday, June 3rd from 10AM-12PM.
Thursday, June 4th from 4PM-6PM.

Kindergarten and 1st Grade will be using the sidewalk in the parent parking lot.
The pick up loop will have grades 2-5 as well as the nurse, if you have any medications you need to pick up. In this loop, we will be stationed on the inside grass area and will use the right lane for thru traffic.

There will be bins at each grade level station for classroom and library book returns. You can also return library books to any of the Mead Eats distribution sites during lunch hours. Emails have been sent to family addresses with lists of books out. The sender is askalibrarian@mead354.org, with the subject line "June 2020". Books that have been returned since March 17 have not been checked in, so disregard the email if you already returned books.
